Free, bounded worksheets
These terms apply to Duopore Workflows and the free JobAtOnce, Duopore Catalog, Duopore PDF Tables, Duopore Invoice Draft and Duopore Client Report tools operated by DUOPORE. The tools prepare calculations, document drafts and worksheets from explicit supplied facts. They do not verify facts against external sources, send applications, issue official invoices, publish listings, make hiring or admission decisions, execute transactions or provide legal, tax, medical or certified property-valuation advice. Read each tool’s description and limitations.
You are responsible for input accuracy, permissions and review of results before relying on, sharing or using them. Missing evidence remains missing. No employment, admission, investment, revenue or legal-compliance outcome is guaranteed.
Cost and accounts
The new local worksheets have no app-specific account, checkout, paid model API call or per-use fee. Some existing products offer optional account saving with the data handling described in their own privacy pages. Your ChatGPT plan and limits are governed by OpenAI. Hosting and our operational expenses remain our responsibility; the user’s ChatGPT subscription does not cover external API charges we might introduce later. Any future material change requires updated disclosure.
Availability and rights
The service may be unavailable or changed. You retain rights in your supplied data and exported results, subject to third-party rights in materials you provide. Do not upload restricted information, unlawful content, malicious instructions or data you lack authority to process. Mandatory statutory rights are preserved; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not create a separate paid service. Effective 4 October 2026.
